It was the May 2002 issue of SCC, starting on pg101.

SUMMARY:
The owner did things half-assed the first time he boosted the motor, and learned how important it is to build the motor first. Do it once, do it right...:blah: ...

Anyhow.. the block was machined to accept JWT forged pistons. Copper O-rings were also machined/ installed to ensure a solid head gasket seal. The head was ported and polished, with re-contoured stock valves.

The turbo setup consistst of:
Rev Hard manifold, Turbonetics T3/T4 hybrid
50 trim compressor wheel
76 trim exhaust turbine, .63 A/R housing
Turbonetic Deltagate Wastegate Recirculating GReddy BOV
Blitz Electronic Boost Controller
Front Mounted XS Engineering Intercooler
2.5in I/C tubing.

Other ish:
3in- A'pexi Dunk exhaust w/ custom 3in downpipe.
JWT 300ZX clutch
Unorthodox Racing Underdrive Pulley Set
MSD 6A Ignition

THE NUMBERS
22 psi of boost
438hp @ 6100 rpm / 375 lb-ft TQ.

Not bad eh?
