E430 if purchased would be about 1200/month (with no money down). If leased with 2500down it's around $500-550.

Since the company pays for most of it, it doesn't cost you anything out of your pocket, except gas. Service and oil changes are covered for the first 3 years or 36K miles.

 

my parents don't lease. they like having new cars all the time. for them, its worth it. my mom has a lex rx300, but now she's getting an audi.
