Default Vitamins, supplements, herbs??
Anyone take anything?


I'm currently taking:

L-Arginine-Ornithine 2000mg 2x daily, Ginkgo Biloba 60 mg 2x daily, Tribulus terrestris 625mg 2x daily.

My mom used to own a herbal company, the sold all their formulas and got out of it though. I'm currently working at a place that manufactures herbal shit and sells it too. But, I never really take anything, but my favorite herbal supplement is Blue Green Algae h:.
