its pretty diverse actually. as far as MI goes the state isnt really THAT diverse in terms of food outside of Lansing area (where i am) / Detroit / Grand Rapids.

you can find at least one good authentic place in the lansing area for just about any cuisine you want. . . multiple asian cuisines, middle eastern cuisines, some old world european cuisines. to be honest though, most of them that are authentic are the ones that you kind of have to search for.

Qdoba Mexican Gumbo. They're running a special right now for a bowl of gumbo and a drink for $5.99. Had it twice this week so far.

made a couple turkey sandwiches. Turkey, chipotle mayo, avacado, jalapeno, pepper jack & cheddar. Put that shit in the toaster oven ftw.
