technically you would get all elevens only twice every hundred years i think, 11/11/11 and at two times in the day using 12 hour clock
if you want to count tmwr as 1/11/11 instead of 01/11/11 then you'd get it four times a century
if you want to count tmwr as 1/11/11 instead of 01/11/11 then you'd get it four times a century

No I am pretty sure that is incorrect. It comes every couple years.
