Well he called me again today and said this, he said that the car had no oil in it when he had gotten it, he said it had 3/4 left. That's bullshit and he's calling me a punk for running it dry like that. Fuck that's complete shit. I just had a tune up on that car like a month ago, and I get the oil changed every three thousand miles. So he cussed me out trying to put this on me and calling me a punk for doing that and what not, and I told him to get an oil change and to put oil in it again because it was almost time for one.


The other thing I don't get is this, he said after he picked it up a half an hour later the engine went out on him, he didn't call me that night or anything, he usually would if something like that happened to pick him up.

Ok here's another scenario I don't get, some how the car according to my dad some time this week he was at the office where I dropped it off and he had the keys so he locked it and then he said that someone stole it and left it somewhere and he just called me today about it . I don't get it, someone is fucking with me and it's pissing me off. I already told that fucking uncle of mine and told him that I'm not taking responsibility of that car and that it's his or my dad's and technically it's my dad's cuz it's under his name. So yeah I'm on the virge of quitting that job because they haven't paid me in a month and next week it will have been 6 weeks that I haven't gotten a check. So yeah I'm a little tweaked about it. :madfawk:

 

Sounds screwed up, Not sure other than a car that either got stolen or the engine went... But are you getting paid personally or through an actual company that prints the checks...or i guess is it under the counter work? If not, im sure you can contact someone, and im sure you will at least get what you were supposed to be paid.

 

your right on the screwed up part. My uncle said the engine went out, then today my dad said the car was stolen but he had the keys before my uncle had it. :dunno: Anyways I'm getting paid legally over the counter, with taxes taking out and what not, I have all of my pay sheets for this month and last. I don't know who to contact on this one, the better business bearue (sp) yes I know my sp is bad. hfawk:

 

BBB is not a government office, they are private corp. you are in legal issues now, they legally owe you that money. we have workforce development here, that would be who i would talk to in order to find out how to get my money.,

 

The first week they didn't pay me I would have quit.

the government has facilities that would be better able to assist. BBB is a private group as ive mentioned earlier.
