Didn't Mitsu dropped out for this season?

and this is a nascar mentality a bit isn't it?

not at all. nascar "stock" cars aren't even remotely similar to their on-road counterparts.

the sti and evo are being pushed by their rally counterparts. mitsu even uses rally clips in their commercial. i suppose i should also point out mitsu's position last year.

also..
Mitsubishi has taken the brave decision to skip the 2003 campaign, taking a year out testing so it can return in 2004 with a car that can win rallies. And after the torrid time it had in 2002, you can understand why. Only time will tell whether this is a wise decision, but the manufacturer has restructured its motorsport activities and aims to come back fighting. Lets hope so.
yep, great car..

Subaru and Mitsu are the only two companies to sell a full-on awd turbo version of their WRC cars to the public. Ford has the Focus RS which is sold only in England and is fwd with like 230 hp, but Citroen and Peugeot are developing their WRC cars much more from the ground up than the others.

As for Millen turning a better lap time in the EVO than the STi, lap times aren't everything. Magazine racers. :fawk:

yep that was what I meant but too lazy to type it out.

Peugeot, Citroën, Ford maybe the top 3 points leader in WRC but none of them offer what subaru and mitsubishi offers.

Between the STi and EVO, I'm about 65% EVO and 35% STi right now.

It was 80/20 but we'll see what happens once I test drive them both.

I'd take that bet.

now do you mean auto/dealer only auctions or public auctions?

I own one of the fastest deprecitating sports cars that was on the market. $40K bought, after 4 years value $28k.. what you don't know is that the value after the first year was also 28K. 12K in depreciation in one year.

if the 03 EVO depreciates 15K in one year I'll buy it with cash!
dealer auctions.. the big ones.. the only important ones :chuckles: the ones that determine the real value of a car... how about i let you know in a year?? hit me up

I just love the new style of Impreza. Very sessy compared to the previous models. plus, more HP, more diff., higher top speed. Maybe the guy racing them on the course screwed up a few more times on the STi than the Evo. I mean... I like the Evo since it's a good racing machine, but look at it!!! :ugh:

I also like the STi Foglight covers
