Soulja...hypothetical question. You said you already know the past violations of someone when you ask them if they've had any tickets before... and if they don't have any, and are honest, etc., you'll go easy on them.
What if they had a single ticket and are honest? A little less easy, or still-getting-the-ticket-cuz-you-didn't-learn, or ...?
Hmmm... things I've never considered before. I'm glad I stop at all stop signs, though...

You didnt get a ticket for driving 30mph, you got a ticket for running the stop sign. The speed is irrelevant. It doesn't matter. Go to court and try to make a deal for something without points. If they won't do that, just pay the fine, and save yourself some court fees.
