how do i get a pic to look less blurry after resizing it?

i don't think paint has the ability to not make things fuzzy. you can go down in size, but not up.

with MS paint, you cant change the resolution, so if its already starting off at 72dpi and you enlarge the picture, itll keep "72dpi" and make the picture larger.....making the space between the 72 dots within each inch larger, making the picture blurry/pixelated-looking/rough/etc.

PS 6 > PaintShop Pro/CorelDraw > MS Paint > IE :exnbp:
