Photoshop question
i don't have ps on this computer, but in psp (paintshop pro) you would just copy a section of the texture you want, save it as a pattern, then paint the pattern. instead of solid color, or gradient, there's usually an option for pattern (or texture...whatever).

Texturing is something I haven't played with at all but theres a first for everything
