This is just one of hundreds of cars I see every day with the wheels that kept spinning. Not a good shot of the wheels but check out his tv's. wtf? this place is so ghettofabulous

Actually I'm sure those wheels are one of many knockoffs of the original sprewells. I say this because they are every where here. They have all kinds of Easy Credit/Pay as you Go type places here that advertise these wheels on commercials. I've seen 20" sets going for a little over 2k..
