i wonder how many reverse gears it has. proportionately, it should have about 9

wow, you'll actually need to double clutch since it has a transmission from a semi.

a lot. They have to double clutch all the time because a semi's transmission does not have synchros. They just won't last the 1,000,000+ miles that those trucks do in their lifespan.
