i don't think there's a kanji for god, like christian god... the kami kanji shown above is shinto's word for spirits, similar to how the native americans believed in spirts, like spirts for trees and rocks and whatnot :dunno:

yeah i agree. god means different things in asian cultures.
which is why i also said it can be translated as spirit ( I meant spirits
)
