Maybe I should just...
say fawk it and buy myself a nice GS-R, alarm it up the wazoo, and do a JDM ITR front conversion sooner or later. get me a CF hood, and build up the motor, and the suspension and do my autocrossing and track racing with that. Whatdya think?

yeah well I care not. I'm not a fan of the integra front end unless it's JDM type R. At least that's different, and I'm not like all these clowns I see on the road today.
I figure about 13 or less for the car, and then the suspension, wait to build the motor, get the alarm installed by people I know and trust the day I buy it, then after maybe a year put the front end on it.

There are like so few cars that do what I want. I can't afford half of them, either
I'm feelin the Impreza 2.5RS coupe, and I could easily afford that.
I like the S14 240sx, and I could afford that as well
WRX is great, but I can't afford it
Supra I could afford, but only the NA model.
Audi A4 looks nice, has a good motor in it, and I've heard it tracks well. Could afford it in the 98 model or so.
MR2 is alright, but i've been hearing bad things.
Integra GSR is affordable, and I'm used to FWD, but they're so common Well, Integs anyway.
I'd like a pre-swapped 6th gen Civic hatch with a GSR motor in it, but I dunno how I'd handle it
Eclipse GSX is ok, but they're sorta ugly...
RX-7 is within my budget, but rare and breaks too much.
blegh. decisions suck

after affording the car, can you afford the insurance for them as well? because, the MR2 and RX7 insurance is gonna rape you...and the GSR isnt cheap either the 240SX isnt too expensive but it definitely isnt cheap either being that most of the time it gets considered a "sports car" category.

snitches get stitches
i say go with the A4 or the S14/240sx.
If you like the A4, the cheaper alternative would be the newer Jetta 1.8t or VR6. Decent power if chipped, and fairly cheap.
