Changing Icons
I have a folder on my desktop, and I want to change its icon to a tiny picture that I have of a crx, how do I go about doing that?

i'm on xp, and I can change the icon, but I want to change it to a picture, and its not a valid icon file, what do i do then?

it needs to be a valid icon file. Do you have an image editing software?

basically, you need to find some sort of editing program to convert the jpg/gif picture into an icon image format.
