my bfs 03 looks good and is regularly spanking gsr's...i think the tiburon has finally earned a lil respect, we'll see once we get some time slips next week.. 1st and 2nd gens are still nasty though..< dont tell him i said that>

one GS-R does not equal regular spanking.. 
but honestly, i don't know enough about the tib. but for the 03, 0-60 seems to be low 7s, and 1/4, mid 15s. that's about what the GS-R does; so, imo, that doesn't equate to spanking.

hahaha, my girlfriend was driving and some guy in a new Tibouron was talking on his cell phone. He wasnt paying attention, jumped the curb, hit a newspaper box and then drove into the stone wall for the entrance to a neighborhood. Car was mangled but he was okay.

i guess you guys havent seen that vid of the tiburon with two engines!! one in the front and one in the back!! its all wheel drive and its an auto!! it runs low 10's!! if i find the link ill prove it!!

that car is totally custom, so it hardly equates to the tib you would be getting from the local dealer. The fact that kia offers such a comprehensive warrenty on their cars is the most inticing part of their automotive lineup. For a 2.7L to only churn out 181hp is rather weak imo.
