Seriously though , my old Palm IIIc, wasn't cutting it for me, so I sprung for a new Zire 71, 32MB SD card and keyboard. The built-in camera is just too cool....resolution isn't anything to shout about (about 1Mpixel), but I thought I'd share the news... it's a cool feature.

^ Blech. Don't like the OS on the iPaq. Just a matter of taste. Plus, ever try synching one with a Macintosh? USB or no USB, it aint pretty.
I was checking out the Tungsten V w/ is also bluetooth equipped out of the box, but when I heard of the Zire 71's camera, and the later availabilty of SD Bluetooth cards, I couldn't justify the extra cash.

Ultimately it was processing power, memory, MP3 playing, the camera and expandability that sold me on it.

As far as SSH, I'm a bit acronym-challenged..
:dunno: Holla. But since they standardised the serial connector across the model range with the intro of the m1xx and m5xx model range, I'd be surprised if nobody's working on a wireless modem. Might take a while though.

KingPin. Yes, I'd love to post pics, but three things conspire against me.... One, the real digital camera isn't around. Two, with a dialup connection, it'd take eons. Three, I haven't posted pics before and I think I need a host, like imagestation... :dunno:
In short, be patient. I'll be yet another dork with a camera at the Sunday meet. :chuckles:
