Yeah so this coworker of mine was fired today for being "psycho." He wouldn't log onto his Aspect phone system which tracks when a person gets into the office and leaves. So his boss tells him he needs to do that. And this has been an ongoing problem now for a few weeks.

So earlier, his boss calls him in and tells him wassup and the worker was going off on how depressed he's been cause he's been watching the war and he's all "concerned." His boss just says, "Look, it's black and white, you need to log on so we know when you're in the office. " FYI: He comes in late too so that's one reason why he doesn't log in. Anyways, after that little meeting, he goes to HR to rant, and calls his boss and my department, Nazis! So basically, that was a red flag, and they told him to pack his stuff.

He was stomping all around and shoving papers and slamming the drawers everywhere and just stomps out. I thought it was kinda hilarious! That was my entertainment for the day! :lmao:


And to make it worse we have a glass case upstairs from the lobby with old school revolvers with bullets! And some old knives/swords.....I'm just waiting for an accident to happen! :slap:

Yup same here...I have to log in within 7 mins of when I get there...

 

:dunno: over here I'm usually late about 5mins or so. I know I've been "tardy" by that definition about 40times this year but they don't seem to care.

but my manager knows the commute sucks, he lives in the same city as me

 

i commute 50 mins every day, 11 tardies == termination

im coming up on my 9th i think :ugh:
