CHicago, in my opinion, has the 4th best market in the country...
its the hub for the culture in the midwest and is almost there with being a powerhouse in the national scene.

I'm from Chicago (north side), but currently living in Rochester NY for school. Chicago import scene is pretty good, their's Drivers Image, 5 Star, Garage Kwai, Evolution (they have 2 stores, one on Touhy and on in the suburbs). Go down to 35th and Ashland area Friday/Saturday nights for tons of cars. Check out the parking lot of the White Castle at Ashland and Archer.
