 i wish i could see the guys face when he said that. it's always funny when you go to a fast food place and people forget what they serve. one time at a burger king a lady tried to order 2 big macs...the cashier was like...uh....sorry....we don't serve those here. i was craking up. i would try using my $2 bill but i only have one

When I was at work the other day, I gave a woman back 5 bucks for change, 2 of the $2 bills, and a $1 bill... she looked at me like I was nuts... then I guess she figured it was real since she was getting it as change, or soemthing. I was like... here ya go, and she gives me a funny look for a few seconds, and then shakes her head, shrugs, and walks out of the store.

Fed law I believe, which says you must accept Legal Tender.

Doesn't matter if it's $50/$100 or even a $10,000 bill.
but they are not required to carry change for large bills. so you can hand them a $100, but if they only keep $50 on hand at night, your SOL.

LoL...That was some funny ish..My gf works at a bank and constantly buys the $2 whenever there is alot. Yesterday she brought home $76 in $2bills, She has almost $500 in $2bills. If they have "silver certificate" above the presidential picture I believe they are of some value. They are very rare though.
