if you're walking around and look physically fit and smoke . . . there is NO reason for you to have a handicapped plate
if you think you're healthy enough to smoke then you are healthy enough to park where everyone else parks and save the spot for someone who is truly handicapped and not worsening their own health with smoking
although maybe it was for mental retardation because he def didnt know how to operate a gas pump or read . . . giant signs that say prepay or use CC and he stares at the pump for 10 minutes trying to figure out why the gas wont pump out

What pisses me off about the handicap stickers is when someone has it on their car/truck because they transport someone, and only need it when they are in their car/truck but they use it to score prime parking spaces all the time. I see it all the time, what really got me was a woman who parked her suv in a HC parking spot then sprinted to the building about 200 feet away. A couple I knew had a sticker/hangtag for their 95 year old grandmother, she died they kept the tag until it expired always parking in HC spots.

another sleep-in day. made/ate some breakfast and having some tea. gonna digest and try to hit the gym at noon before finishing up the last 6 or so pgs of a paper. should be a chill day
It's actually 10% of available parking spaces, and they have to be within 200 ft of the doors.
