Tis it Thursday? It tis!
Went to the ER last night to get my (maybe) sebaceous cyst looked at after it exploded again. They took a culture sample after I told them I just came off an antibiotic regime while in Afghanistan.
They gave me one dose of another antibiotic called bactrim and that left me restless most of the night while I got non-stop closed-eye hallucinations.
Filled my prescriptions this morning on base for bactrim and antibiotic ointment to apply to the cyst. They must have thought I have some STD :chuckles:
Also got put onto a primaquine regime that you take to combat any dormant malaria cells that might have been contracted.
I'll be peeing out of my butthole for about 2 weeks

Rather large bio midterm this morning. Then office hours where I'll be catching up to my other classes, and finally some intramural volleyball.
Friend's birthday is tonight so I may or may not be inebriated early tomorrow morning..

Bactrim? Thats a pretty mild antibiotic usually prescribed to ward of pneumonia and PCP infections. Transplant patients usually take it for 3 years... I didn't know it affected people by keeping them up! thats crazy!
I'm happy that today is a good TV day. I think 8 shows are recording. That makes me happy. I wish Spartacus was back on. I miss that show.
