Infiniti dealers are (luckily) too "classy" to charge some kind of markup on the cars. There's a good few months wait on em though; and if you want to get a 6-speed then you most definitely will have to order one.

I've driven a 350Z Track, it's pretty nice. I would presume the G35C is similar.

the 350Z looks like it's bound to become a hype/trend car though.

infiniti dealers don't charge markup, but they'll try to stiff you with 'required' options. i had to order mine from riverside, because they were the only dealer willing to order it the way i want.

the thing that sucks about the navi is it requires the premium package (~$2200), so you end up with a $37.5k car.

I think the G works better on this platform than the Z. The Z doesn't have enough flavor for me. So if you're gonna put up with all that weight why not take the one with a back seat, a trunk, and better looking taillights. Plus the red-carpet treatment at the dealer and the bigger warranty!
