i like how people can go from hating and bad mouthing the game one moment to loving it the next...

 

i love it. but the guy sucks at rolling shit out. he doesnt test it. he lets the beta people test it. any half decent programmer would give it a quick run through ebfore rolling out some of this shit.

exactly. It's not the game, it's the sloppy dev practice.

just because it's "beta" doesn't mean you chuck shit over the fence and expect it to be okay. Betas are free. This is a paid alpha / beta ... there needs to be some level of quality in these releases. Every release I've experienced has been a cluster fuck for the first few days.

 

It's like when Facebook changes. Everyone pisses and moans for a week, then they're OK with it and addicted again.

Although, if I was the owner of each, I would have sold out long ago. Mmm. Money...

I have a feeling where he's taking the game will ruin it. Monsters suck, finding diamonds to build cool stuff sucks, and having monsters destroy said cool stuff sucks ass. And this is without the problems associated with constant updates and bugs.

 

I actually enjoy playing 1000% more when there are monsters.
