This game owns my life right now...

This would tie inventory to user names. Since chests are a part of the map, there's no way to designate items sitting on the world to anyone. This update will be for inventory on-hand only.

I built a fire pit trap next to my little house that is 3 blocks deep. I go on the roof of my house and fish at night. When I see monsters around the area, I cast the line at them, and you can drag them when you hook em. It's very satisfying to drag a monster in to the fire trap with my fishing pole.

yeah dude. I gotta tell ya, for those 20 minutes I was trying to find you ... it was like a totally new game.
I had to plan my inventory. Figure out a route / direction. Camp for the night.

I think the mods take a lot away from the game. When I first started playing on Thursday, I was still way over there where we had explored. I started messing about making new caves and finding diamonds, and I accidentally blew myself up.
I spawned in a random place behind my castle, and wanted to make my way back to that area up north. So I headed to the castle, and started stocking up on my inventory. Almost died 2 times just heading back there, and trying to find the right spot. Now I've spent like 2 days just building a place there, making it safe, and finding my way around. It's a lot of fun.
