according to Ironhead, creepers are invisible ... yeah, monsters = off.

 

Spiders are always around in the day time. They won't attack unless you touch them in the day.
Night is when they are aggressive and attack you.

Tried playing on my new HTPC yesterday and it was choppy as hell. Not sure if it was the computer or the server.

 

Applied new monster fix patch from notch.
Installed new version of Server Mod.

 

shit! my place is wide open for monsters!

 

This is glitchy as hell.
Warped to Metro and someone placed some blocks over it so I almost died. I tried to get my health up and nothing would bring it up.
When I tried to repair my armor(drop it and pick it up), I couldn't pick it up so I reconnected, fell and died. Fail.

 

creepers are wreaking havoc. Random pieces of my building are gone.

 

built a fort behind the supply room. This will by my secondary home at night.

 

Monster problems ...
- creepers and spiders do not burn in sunlight
- creepers and spiders spawn during the day
- arrows do not do any damage
- damage system is completely random. Sometimes I can kill something with a sword, others I can't.
- monsters are spawning in brightly lit areas
- monsters are spawning on any surface (high building, trees, etc). They're randomly dropping as the screen renders.

this is pretty shitty.
