i have dealt with them before (car's extended warranty is through them) and they suck balls when it comes to the service dept. worth the extra 50 bucks to take the car to nissan. sales staff on the other hand seem pretty legit.

since there is no negotiation done, I don't think there are bonus structure. Seems kickback job.

Taking what I can...Plus I know a lot more about cars and believe in cars more than I did the previous products.
