I have a few times, stupid lifted 4x4, camry painted like the Dukes of Hazzard, guy in a Countach who was showing off for a crowd and blew up his front air dam on a speed bump. I actually kept a piece of that air dam for a long time.

u know those old caddies that have a spare tire in the back of the trunk by the key hole?
i've seen a dude with like a old Chrysler Plymouth or something and he made a wooden spare tire box to hold it there on the trunk...

Yeah, one time in Guadalajara I was taking a picture of some rediculously riced-out Seat or something (parked) and I the owner walked up while I was still there. He got all pissed thinking I was casing his car to rob it or something. I had to explain to him that I thought it was so cool and I just wanted a picture of it, and then he was really nice. h:

I see the "blinged" out, ghetto-fab, mid-80s style cars around here periodically. The ones with all the cheap plastic chrome trim (around the fenders, door handles, rockers, etc.), chromed hubcaps, amazing amounts of stuff hanging from the rear view mirror. You all know what I'm talking about.

This dude when I went to college had a old Saturn with a huge wing and Honda logos on it. And this one time up there when I was at a gas station and this 40 year old guy came up to me with a riced out civic coupe with neon underglow lights on it. He was complimenting me on my crx and he waited for me to say something nice about his car and I just told him it looked nice.
