The hardtop is a totally separate accessory that does not fold. It's removable, that's about it.

Yeah if it was in working condition maybe but it's def over priced for in the shape it is. Plus the buyer wouldn't even be able to test drive it. And the fact that he calls those "minor problem" & "easy fixes" yet wants to up the price by $5k for the repairs makes no sense.
