It won't adhere to silicone, it will peel away.

what about white caulking? the area im spraying is not gonna be really seen, or touched in any way..... im gonna put it in a small crevice, so it will smooth the inner corner out, since i cant sand in there.

The silicone will stick to anything clean and grease/oil free, you just can't paint it. There is paintable and colored silicone caulk available. Regular caulk will adhere to a primer, painted surface if it is clean grease/oil free, and can be painted.

Silicone=no way
Caulk-yes but will absorb some of the paint and will be slightly dull where the paint is sprayed over it. Body shop uses what is known as "seam sealer". It's basically caulk, but somehow different. I've used it and we always called it "seam sealer". Go to a local body shop and see if they will hook you up with a tube.
