I hate when this happens. Big mess to clean up. I think it's caused by repeatedly pinching your junk at the bottom with 2 fingers for the aftershake thus distorting the canal.

 

I used to get that but i just realized it hasn't happened to me in a while

I only get that after sex if I don't clean up / shower afterwords, then all the juices get inside there and block shit up. First second or so of piss comes out all crooked or something.

Clean up after sex and that wont happen.
And dude, it never hurts when I piss -- before, during, or after sex included.

that sideways stream sux! i usually get that when i'm drunk or really really tired.. i think my body does that knowing i'm to lazy to figure out what is wrong until my feet are soaked already
