did anyone watch it? it kind of made me want to learn how to cook good stuff. i can follow recipes, but i can't come up with stuff on my own. how do people do that?

When creating your own dish, you just gotta know what the individual ingredients actually taste like. Then, apply a cooking style on top of the ingredients, and done!

start cooking when you're 12... 10 years, that's a long time.

if not a long time, some people have a better palette than others, it's just like any other talent.

the craziest thing is when chefs taste sauces or whatever and can name every ingredient they taste in it.
