Ever since I switched over to the new company (about 1.5 months), my outlook web access has been stuck in "light" mode. I've fiddled around with all my settings and I can't find where I can switch it back to normal mode. When I log on, it has a check box for light mode which is checked with a gray "can't touch this" check.

OWA light sucks. Any suggestions on fixing this?

 

make sure you don't have the "Blind and low vision experience" option enabled.

 

if its greyed out, youre probably either using an incompatible browser (firefox) or the new company has full owa disabled.
