We have this guy, works in my office. his sole job is 'property maintenance'. basically what he does is someone calls and says so and so building has a leak. and he calls someone else to find someone to fix it. thats pretty much all he does.

last week he wanted to pay a plumber to fix a toilet that just needed a new ballast . . . a $5 fix he wanted to pay someone $300

and today, we have a door in the office, sometimes it locks on its own and its really annoying toget locked out. its an interior door. nothing secure. so they are trying to figure out how to keep it from locking and what does he do? he tears apart the handle and destroys the lock mechanism. so if we ever do need dto lock it we cant.

while they are doing this i go 'why cant you just tape the latch on the door so it doesnt operate'

like wtf? really? so you destroy whats probably a $100 door handle that is keyed to the rest of the doors so not only will you have to replace it someone will have to re-key it? fucking moron

everyone knows he;s a retard. thats why he got this position . . . you literally can';t get fired unless you steal. they find places for everyone. it's only the 5th position he's had since ive been in that building. all of them demotions

 

we had a slow guy at the golf course i worked at. his job was to pick up tee's off of the tee boxes.

rode around 36 holes all day on a cart. ate 14 hot dogs one day, still the record i think.

 

If it paid enough I would love that job!
