Motorola droid device. woke up update on screen.

 

have had 2.2 for over a month

what build is the over the air update?

 

Yeah I have 2.2 for Droid, got it 3 days ago. I've noticed these things to be new:
1. updated toolbar on main screen
2. 7 homescreens
3. new launcher for programs
4. maybe slightly faster (but I haven't noiced). Launcherpro may actually have the fastest launcher.
5. Some browser updates, I think the speed improved and theres been a few icon changes.
6. USB tethering is now in the settings, haven't tried it yet though.

What have you guys noticed?

 

If you run quadrant you will see how big a difference it is.

Use Launcher Pro. You can choose the number of home screens you want and SOOO much more! Hands down the best app your can get for the android device.

 

It doesn't matter anyway, I like my shit clean so I only use 2

 

if you root it there are some ways to get 2.2 already. if you haven't its not big deal, 2.2 is supposed to be out by the end of this month or sometime next month.
I played around with my buddies incredible that had 2.2, its nice but its not a gigantic difference. just a few things here and there, but I like it overall.

 

Same. I don't know how anybody could fill up 7 home screens. I have the shit I use on the daily on my main page with my calender and then like Pandora and some random shit on my swipe left. Other than that, there is no need to clutter up my phone with crazy widgets I don't give a shit about and eat battery/memory
