We just hire whoever at my company, if you make it to 90 days, you're in. It's really the best way imho, screw that employee hunt crap. We were wasting more man hours going over the resumes/giving people tours.

i did that shit yesterday for fun. you can tell me that after 30 days of trolling letters but the past six months have all been pretty srs.

Keeping in mind that free advice is
very frequently worth what you paid for it.
If I don't like the cover letter and I have a big stack to go through I never look at the CV.
