JGordon's Wedding

Grand entrance into the reception. I did some sort of super goober-ish dance that I wish I could take back.

The buffet was awesome. Italian food like woah.

The cake was also awesome. White cake with strawberry filling, carrot cake with cream cheese filling, and lemon cake with bavarian cream.

Vicki's cousin's 3 week old baby was super cute.

Place cards.

Cutting of the cake.

Vicki shoved a massive piece into my mouth. Look at my snake-like jaw motions.

Best man's toast.

Maid of honor's toast.

My pop's toast.

First dance.

Father daughter dance.

General dancing and one of the bridesmaid's bf's gettin' jiggy wit' it.

Shawty's gettin' low.

Delicious CAKE!

Vicki and her grandpa. Vicki wore her deceased grandmother's engagement ring on her right hand as her "something old" and her gramps was pretty touched.

The electric sliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide...

The pastor who married us and his wife.

End of the night, headed up to the bridal suite.
So the gory details:
Got married Saturday July 31st, at the Hilton Garden Inn in the Denver Tech Center. Wedding went awesome.
Left Tuesday, August 3rd for the honeymoon. We spent 4 days in Rome and then hopped onto a 7 day cruise out of Rome that stopped in Sicily, Turkey, Athens, and Crete. It was all rpetty sweet. I ate my weight in pasta in Rome and saw all of the awesome sights and ruins -- I was a history major, so I loved the sightseeing. We bought a Turkish carpet in Turkey and I used my massive haggling skills to get the carpet for 1/3 of the asking price.

Just got back this past Monday night. Had Tuesday off to recover and started work again yesterday. Took 14 days off from work, basically 3 weeks. It was pretty awesome. Only problem was that our luggage somehow missed our connection in London, so I've been scraping the bottom of the barrel for clothing. I'll post honeymoon pics before too long -- we took over 1500, so we have to sort through them a little bit to find the good ones.
