$250,000 Honda Civic
And all you guys hassled me about my friend who threw $19k into his Si.
h: On the front cover of the new Super Street, a new Si done by Alpine very similarly done to their RSX. Actually the paint is practically identical. Who would spend $250,000? :dunno: But I don't quite believe them, theres no way there can be that much in parts, and labor.
Comments please...

Looks like ass I read the article and am completely unimpressed with that car and that magazine...this just confirms my original opinion of it......

I used to like Stupid Street, now I'm pissed that I bought a subscription, I mean wtf, most(if not all) of the articles feature irrelevant bs that just sounds dumb. I like a new magazine called Modified, I read about the Si in there and then saw the photos in SS and couldn't believe how much Super Street photographers suck.
Agreed. After sending out a subscribtion request to Super Street for 2 years, (luckily it was scotch FREE) I found other respectable mags like Sport Compact Car and Honda tuning (although thin), and Modified Mag. I am very dissapointed with SS to me its become quite evident that Super Street is the magazine eqiuvalent of a riceboy...
The one thing i really like about SS is some of the ties with Japanese tuners and the articles featured within the issues about drifting and the JGTC coverage.

I really don't like many import magazines anymore, Super street has a few nice cars featured every couple months but their editorial ruins the article. Sport Compact annoys me because they seem to focus mainly on the 240sx. I like Honda Tuning and my only gripe with them is what you already mentioned: it's tiny. Don't get me started on Import Tuner, that's like the Pep Boys/APC of import magazines.
