looking for camera mount for my car...

Default looking for camera mount for my car...

should i get those ones that mount to the head rest? or should i get suction ones? the suction ones would be cool cuz i can munt it on the door or hood or something..but what if they fall off?

make your own. civicsiracer improved the design by using both head rests. i think the total cost was like $40?

i'd get a suction one for versatility

there's gotta be a universal version...a fixture that lets you use both suction cups and a clamp or headrest design.

I think there is something called "speed mount" and its pretty bad ass. I see it mentioned on alot of the German car forums.

head rest mount are safer for camera but bad angle and stupid M Coupe doesn't have adjustble head rest so can't mount on the M Coupe

i think the headrest option is the best, and it wont damage your car in anyway.

hmm, hunk of aluminum sanded and cleaned == $5

drill pressed holes == $0

threaded bolt for camera mount == $1.39

i was thinking about mounting it on the window/sunroof so it won't damage the body

Dont the suction cup mounts that you can put on your car also secure themselves to your sideview mirror, so that wont fall off. or you can just secure it to the dash somehow.
