Ahh... the memories. 
If your school is composed of one or a few large structures, I've got one for you....
From any (and preferably, most) of the HVAC ducts, dump in roughly one metric shitload (apx 15K total ) of live crickets.
Total investment is minimal. The noise, however, is titanic.. no one, I mean ABSOLUTELY NO ONE will be able to concentrate on anything.
Very fun.

i dont think my class had one but we had a huge newly renovated school there were 4 enclosed courtyards.. the class before mine had a prank , some genious decided to put chickens in them..i didnt think it was that great......

the year before me bought a milk at lunch on a Monday (everyone). They kept it in their locker untill Friday around noon and smashed them on the ground.

well.. last year, we kicked a big hole in the wall and put a frozen trout that my friend had caught in it, couple days after it thawed out in the 80º weatehr, it was rank. took them a while to find it too. last friday, my friend and i brought a dead woodchuck into school, minus the head (yeh, they think he cut it off and shit, but he didnt, thats how we found it). he put it in his bag and then dumped it in the middle of the hallway inbetween classes. it was great, until he got suspended for 5 days.
