Well the entire charges were:

GTA
Possession of a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle
Stolen firearm
Evading police
Speeds in excess of 120
Possession of burglary tools

Out of all that the final charges boiled down to one count of GTA and stolen firearm which was later dropped as well.

3 months county time plus 3 months enhancement for gang affiliated activity, $3500 in restitution and 3 years of formal probation.

Not bad considering the 5 years state time I was looking at, but definitley not a pride mark in my life either.

stealing a gumball at the corner malt shop?

:chuckles:

Mine: Stealing a pair of sunglasses and giving discounts to all my friends at my work. I got punished for it though. I got fired, had to pay a fine of 400 bucks, and a year and a half as a reference down the drain, seeing as how it was my only job.

I'd definently do it differently given a second chance. Worst mistake of my life...but atleast I learned from it.

i crashed my car doing a 180 on the bridge and hitting the guard rail. no scratch on myself, but driving 80 mph and changing lane on a curve in the rain is not a good idea neither h:

pissing off a gang of ricers and playing cat & mouse with them through the city of san francisco. looking back, i shoulda just pulled over and fought those guys. after a while, only 2 of 'em were still tailing me. i had 4 people in my car. we coulda taken those fags. but honestly, i was scared that we were gonna crash into somethin or run into some cops. but it seemed like those guys had no skills. c'mon...700 lbs. of people in my stock integra ls vs. their riced up pieces o' crap. and one of those idiots spun out on the street while trying to drive fast.

i know, i'm stupid.
