i don't know if any of you guys remember, but about 3 years ago we did a nike plus challenge to run 100 miles. we all stopped after a while and the leader had 5.34 miles ( :rofl: ).

is anyone interested in starting a new challenge, probably with a smaller distance?

 

i'm down for reals only bad thing is my old broken laptop has my account info on it...but i need to do something lol

 

how do you track the miles?

 

Nike+ enabled shoes and iPod Nike kit.

 

I was using Nike+ for a few months my iPhone until iOS4 came out and made my Nike+ inoperable. The pod doesn't want to sync with the iPhone and won't register anything at all. Checked on the Nike+ boards and everyone else that uses an Apple device with ios4 are having the same problem.

So, I went out and bought myself a Garmin Forerunner 305 for $145 @ Best Buy. This thing is awesome, it makes the Nike+ look like a toy. The link below is from one of my trail runs. My pace was shitty because I was abusing my body in Vegas for 3 days beforehand.

Just picked up a Ipod touch.

This summer I've been running about 100-120 miles every three weeks, so this is meh for me.

I'd like to do one with weight lifting progress though.

 

This...but running kills my back...so I haven't been running.
