Default Hummus

Anyone else snack on this stuff? A lady at work let me try some, and now i keep a tub at home and one at work.

I eat the "plain" kind. It's called plain, but it has garlic and olive oil in it. I dip flat bread in it, and eat it as a snack all the time.

Good shit.

This is the stuff i have right now.

Hummus is pretty popular here. Pita and hummus FTW. It's also great in Shish Taouks.

it is good stuff. I don't keep it around much, but we have something called "skordalia" in Greece that's the same concept...except instead of using chick peas we use either potatoes or walnuts as the "mush". fried cod fish with this stuff is one of my favorite foods...and I'm not a big seafood fan.

I eat it all the time with sliced french bread. I really like the roasted red pepper hummus lately.
