I think the question would be more accurate like this: "do you have arms or legs or eyes or lungs?"

who doesn't have a dvd player?

I don't even have a VHS player anymore.

I don't even have a VHS player anymore.
In my area, lots of people don't have DVD players. When I worked for the video store we had tons upon tons of people looking at the same titles on VHS, that we still had in stock on VHS. the less financially inclined still make use of those VHS players.
