wedding proposal v.whenisittooearly
What do you guys consider too early to propose to a girlfriend?
what about too long?
i'm saying at least a year
and maybe 10 years for too long.

In my opinion your age plays a factor here. I'm 22, almost 23 and I think a year is too little. A minimum of 2 years seems about right. On the other hand if you're older and know what you are looking for I think a year would be understandable.
I don't know, it just kind of happened...when it feels right.

I asked a little over the year mark. My buddy has known this girl for 3 months, been dating each other for 2 months, and this past week got engaged and now 2 days later they are married. I told him he fucked up, but what can ya do?
I proposed to my wife about a year and a half in. However, we didn't get married until 2 years after I proposed. Long engagements FTW. The girl gets what she wants, the "ring" and if it doesn't work out then all you lose out on is a little cash and maybe some dignity.
