Default is anyone considering cr-z?

It's coming in august to showroom floors. I haven't seen much talk on any forums about it. Anyone thinking of picking one up?

problem I have is weight. 2600 is too much for 122hp car. It's no crx for sure.

The CRZ really doesn't make any sense to me. It's too slow to be a "pocket rocket," (0-60 in 10.5 seconds) and it gets only 33mpg.

As a sports coupe, the Civic SI is way better. About the same price, waaaay faster (0-60 in 6.7 seconds), similar interior space (+2 more mostly useable seats), though it does get worse mileage (24 mpg combined).
As an eco car, the Civic hybrid is way better. About the same price, gets better mileage (42mpg) and has way more interior space, though it is a bit slower (13.5 seconds 0-60).

Seems like they tried to find a midpoint between these 2 vehicles, but it ends up being too slow and not efficient enough. I do like the styling, but the car just seems misplaced.

Yea wtf? It pretty much has the same motor as the fit, although slower, and gets worse mileage.

How in god's name can they call anything that is above 10 seconds in 0-60 a sports car? :eh:
