Default Swirls On Car

Lesson #1: Never let your cousin go to the car wash to wash your car when he is paying for it. Cause he will coem back with swirl marks on your car!!!

So my question to you is this. What perhaps would be a good wax or something to remove them. I have Meguirs Gold Class and the 3 Step Stuff. Woudl this work out? And also any special techinques I should know about?

Thanks

is one or the 3 step bottles a sealer/glaze?

If so, use it.

if not, use Meguiars #7, then wax.

This will only hide the swirls, and only temporarily.

If you want to remove them, you must machine buff them out.

You can first use Meguiars Swirl Remove #2 which can be applied by hand. If that doesn't work. Continue on to Meguiars Mirror Glaze Fine Cut but you'll need a polisher/buffer to apply this.

Removing swirls by hand is a big pain. A buffer/machine is definately reccomended. 3M Swirl Mark Remover, Meguiars # 9, Meguiars Dual Action Cleaner Polish are all good products to use. Gold Class is a wash to wash the car. The 3 step I'm guessing is a paint cleaner, some glaze, and wax. You can try, but if the paint cleaner doesnt get the swirls out, then the other two steps won't. Good luck.
