Droid Users v. Froyo
OTA for Moto comes on the 13th.
Sending mine for fixing monday. Keyboard is coming off. Phone freezes sometimes. Randomly drops 3g and I have to reboot to send any messages. Touch screen issues.
I knew I would get issues getting the first batch.
I just now have to deal with a shitty loaner phone for 2 weeks.

he couldn't get an over the air update, so i told him to go to customer service to get an update at the verizon store.what are the new features you like the most? is it a lot faster then 2.1?
From what I can see...the home screen has changed where phone/app list/browser are now permanent buttons at the bottom, app listing scrolls differently, docking station screen is different, 5 "walls" instead of 3...that's all i can tell for now.
the other stuff sounds cool though.
Speed. Tethering. Hotspot. Speed. Apps 2 SD (not a big deal to some, but the N1 has lower internal memory than some). Browser performance is great. Also the tons of little features you didn't know you could have till you get them and then it just seems like they fit so perfectly. Speed. :-)

one of my co-workers just got the droid eris, they gave it to him with 1.5!!! I found a site via a buddy that I got him setup with 2.1, talk about basic android, 1.5 was really on the weak side.
