Default another one bites the dust :hs:

After 9 years of ownership, some good memories and some close calls, the civic no longer belongs to me. It's been sitting nearly untouched and undriven for almost 5 years, and in terms of time and money (insurance) keeping a third car just didn't make sense. I've hoped to get it back into roadworthy status (interior, hole in the roof, etc) or just head to the autocross track every once in a while, but without insurance and a tow vehicle, it just wasn't going to happen.

It will live on, although in a very different form. I sold the car, along with the spare built B16A to a buddy of mine who will use it as a donor vehicle for an Atom-inspired open-air track car. I hope he does it justice. :hsd:

I was kicking around the idea to pick up an EG hatch, came across a SI with 120K miles and they were asking 5-6k.

WTF.

If I didn't need a presentable 4-door DD for work, I think it would still be my primary car. It hasn't even been registered since I got into the business 5 years ago.
