What are some of the more popular and well performaing cat back systems?

I know there's Apexi N1, Greddy EVO, and Tanbe Medallion. Anyone have some prefrences?

ok... maybe a dumb question... but in a cat back system... does that mean everything from the cat, back... or including the cat and everything back from there?
